Hello all,

Thank you to those that have confirmed with Mr Beacham if you are intending to send your child back for their allocated 2 days per week from Monday 22nd January.  Please see the post on the school blog from 10th June  to see which days your child will be due in.  We have welcomed Year R and 1 back today and it is so lovely to have them back.

The learning environment is just the same and the only difference the children will notice is that the group is smaller than usual.  We have to keep to the Government’s directive of a maximum of 15 per group.  Children will need to bring a lunchbox, drink and if they wish a healthy snack for breaktime. Teachers will let you know if and when the children need to bring their PE kits in.  Please do not send anything else in from home such as bookbags etc.

Preferably Uniform is to be worn, however I am fully aware that at this time in the year clothing and footwear maybe getting a bit tight, so in these circumstances appropriate footwear and clothing to be worn.

The 3 gates leading on to the lower and upper playground will be open and each side signed ‘In’ and ‘Out’.  There are no additional markings as we feel everybody will respect the Government’s social distancing measures.

Mr Beacham’s class to enter the classroom from the upper playground and 4P as normal from the lower playground. School start time is as normal from 8.40am and doors closing at 9.00am to allow extra time.  Pick up is from 3.05pm, again as normal.

Please contact Mr Beacham to confirm if your child is returning at jb708@tenacres.worcs.sch.uk

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me:head@tenacres.worcs.sch.uk

Best wishes

Miss Marshall
