Hello all,
We have further information to send to our parent and carers regarding your child starting school. We will be sending information over the next few days. We are mindful of not overwhelming you all with all the information all at once!
Stay and Play Sessions with Parent/Carers staying – Thursday 3rd/Friday 4th/Monday 7th and Tuesday 8th September.
You have already signed up to attend some sessions on these dates with your child. As these sessions involve Parent/Carers staying for the duration we ask the adults to please wear a mask. On arrival you and your child will be asked to wash your hands. The gates to enter and exit are located to the right hand side of the main entrance. School staff will be on hand to guide and help you.
Home Visits
You have also signed up for a Home Visit. As with the new intake meeting and with the current circumstances these have had to been postponed. However, Mrs Poynton and Miss Austin value this important time to talk with you and find this extremely valuable. If you are able to keep your appointment we invite you to come to school for your allocated time rather than the teachers attending your home. Please bring your child along and they can pick up a ‘starting school’ gift from Tenacres.
Further information will be uploaded on to the school blog including the Powerpoint presentation which would have been shown at the New Intake meeting over the coming days. I will send a text message to you when this has been uploaded.
