I am hoping we have enough glitter in the school to cope with all the activities planned! Each year group have now completed their Christmas Activity Plan! Year Groups will be making cards, calendars, other craft items whilst focusing on the Nativity Story throughout the week (W/beg 14th December). All classes, will at some point in the week be having a movie afternoon with treats provided by school. Please make a note of the following dates:
Friday 11th December: Christmas Jumper Day – all children to wear a Christmas jumper (or something festive or something red/green if they have not got a jumper) for a £1 donation to Save the Children. All children in their class bubbles will complete the Santa Dash organised by Mrs Duffy outside accompanied by DJ Beacham.
Christmas Lunches: These will take place on Tuesday 15th (Yr R), Wednesday 16th (Yrs 1&2) and Thursday 17th (Yrs 3&4). Letters have already been sent home for this. Please see your class teacher if you need another copy of the letter.
Lapland visitors: On Thursday 17th all children will be able to say hello (socially distanced of course!!) to some very special visitors. I am sure they will bring something special for all children to take home.
Year 4- PJ/Onesie day: Year 4 teachers have asked for a PJ Day to go with their movie. Year 4 children are invited to wear PJs/Onesie for the day on Thursday 17th.
Class Parties: All children are invited to wear party/own clothes on Friday 18th December. The school will purchase party treats.
