Event - British Sign Language Week

Tenacres have once again been celebrating British Sign Language Week.

The children learned about the importance of sign language in assembly on Monday and had a packed week of learning BSL signs in class with activities and games.

As a whole school project, Mr Fletcher taught the children and staff to sign the song ‘Try everything’ by Shakira, each class were then filmed performing parts of the song.
